JICAタイ高齢者介護プロジェクト視察

本日、タイよりJICAタイ高齢者介護プロジェクトとして、タイの看護大学９校の学長含めた実際の看護師の皆さんがラスール麻生に視察にきました。

ラスール麻生の若年性認知症への取組や多世代交流に非常に興味を持たれ、人が集まってくる施設内での街づくりに非常に関心を抱かれておりました。１年間で15,500人もの面会や見学があることにも非常に驚かれており、高齢者施設よりミュージアムとして活動されてみてはとの冗談も交えながら終始和やかな雰囲気となりました。施設内を見学され、100歳を迎えようとしているお客様とも記念撮影も行い、お客様も普段見せないような笑顔が見られともて家庭的な雰囲気をつくることができました。

ラスール麻生では館内は全館無線LANにより多職種が同じ情報を共有できるシステムを活用し、iPadやタブレットを使っての対応にも興味を示されておりました。会議室では終始、専門職としての質問が飛び交い、こちらも非常に勉強することができました。

見学された中で、非常に興奮して感激されていたのは地域モニュメントの壁画でした。初めは大きさに驚いていたのかと思いましたが、白い像の部分に非常に関心をしめしておりました。そうです。タイでは像は神様の存在として見られていることをすっかり忘れておりました。記念品としていただいたものも白い像のぬいぐるみで皆さんとても喜んでいた状況です。
いつの間にか、多世代交流ラウンジでブロックを使って遊ばれておりましたが、万国共通なのですね。ブロックからつながる人と人の交流。世界共通のコミュニケーションツールです。

中には、実際にここで働いでみたいので、3年働いて介護福祉士を取得するための研修費用は、どれくらいかかって施設でどれくらい補助してくれるのかなど、本当に働きに来たい発言もあり正直驚いています。
